INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE

The Industrial training is a chance to gain further real life experience, in multinational or renowned hotels helping student confirming their area of interest as their career choices before they apply for final job . A training provides industry experience during the programme and adds value to the resume. Trainings are also an opportunity to earn money whilst on the programme. Stipend will vary according to the industry, the organisation, the role and your experience. You will spend several weeks training in various departments within a organisation under the direction of the management and supervisors. Many trainees are offered full-time jobs ties after the training from the same organisation if their performences are satisfactory.
